The Syracuse International Film Festival is an annual event dedicated to promoting the exchange of cultural ideas through film and video. In 2007, Hyperakt helped the festival with a re-branding program which included shortening the festival's name to the more memorable SYRFILM.
We worked closely with the client to establish the new mark, based on the festival's 2007 poster. New stationary and a marketing brochure were the first elements, which implement the festival's new branding. We also created a detailed brand guideline book, outlining a new brand and sub-brand hierarchy and proper uses.
