475 Sterling is a new condominium building in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Hyperakt was hired to brand the property and create all of the sales communication material for the property.
The building's facade is used as the unifying grid that contains the information on all of the pieces. Using the facade as a navigational tool, the building's website and brochure create a distinctive experience that gives visitors a unique "tour" through the property.
