Ideological Exclusion Microsite
ACLU's Ideological Exclusions website educates the public about prominent and well-respected artists, writers, and political figures who have been unjustly denied entry to the United States because our government considers their ideas to be dangerous. We felt the method of delivery for each individual's situation needed to feel as meaningful as the information itself. Our solution was to allow users to navigate through a stack of interactive passports to inspect each individual's circumstances for exclusion, just as an immigration officer would.
