American Design Awards for Two Websites
American Design Awards has bestowed Hyperakt with two wins in their Monthly Design Contest for websites we created for Flux Laboratory's New Hope exhibit in Geneva, Switzerland in November 2008. The exhibit focused on our original artwork inspired by the politically charged atmosphere of the historic presidential election of 2008. It also featured some of Hyperakt's other original pieces done throughout the years. The New Hope is a showcase website, featuring all of our artwork for the exhibit. Kids Vote 2008 is a website that was displayed at the gallery as part of the exhibit. In it, we garnered quotes from New York City-area school kids, to get their thoughts on the election and its candidates.
