IBM worked with The Atlantic to create a series of thought pieces and conversation starters around metrics and analytics. They turned to us to design infographics to tell the story of big data and the challenges it poses for companies and cities.
Through this series, we helped educate business leaders on the importance of measuring social metrics, encouraging CMOs and CIOs to work jointly. We provided context for the amount of data being collected, and insights into how companies could use cloud-based solutions to more productively analyze their strategies. Case studies demonstrate the use of analytics systems to strengthen community safety networks across the country, and the way that technology helps connect those in need to public social services.
